Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you aren't 100% satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, your candle must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass), please contact us immediately with a photo of the item, and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
